Programme
Key information
Main tool: Google Gemini (the free version is enough for the training)
Online sales, B2B trade and analytics teams are working with a growing volume of data: sales reports, product descriptions, customer correspondence, competitor information and campaign results. The training shows which of these tasks generative AI genuinely speeds up, and which ones need the output checked before it goes to a customer or into a report.
During the training, participants will find out, among other things:
- How to build prompts that deliver repeatable results, using the KREDO method
- How to monitor the market and competitors with Deep Research and recurring tasks
- How to use AI in marketing tasks and online sales
- How to analyse sales reports and prepare reports based on them
- How to design your own AI assistant for the team’s repeatable tasks
- How to anonymise company and customer data before sharing it with an AI tool
The training is workshop-based. Participants work on demonstration data prepared by the trainer: sales reports, product descriptions, sales documents and campaign data. The main tool is the free version of Google Gemini, so the techniques learned can be applied straight after the training, with no additional licence costs.
Objective
The objective of the training is to familiarise participants with applications of generative AI in online sales, B2B trade and sales data analysis. The programme covers work with Google Gemini: building prompts with the KREDO method, researching the market and competitors, preparing sales and offer content, analysing spreadsheets and reports, and designing custom AI assistants. The training emphasises independent hands-on work by participants at their workstations and critical verification of the results generated by the model. A separate module is devoted to data security, anonymisation and GDPR-compliant working.

Trainer
Franciszek Kolpanowicz: entrepreneur and certified AI trainer who helps leaders and teams boost effectiveness through intelligent technologies. He has been published in Rzeczpospolita, among others. He has over 2,300 hours of work with generative AI and over 2,000 hours of working with training groups, and shares his knowledge at public events, including the “Manager in the Age of AI” training organised by Rzeczpospolita, as well as at the UKEN and PASE conferences.
His background in philosophy (Jagiellonian University) and his experience in IT quality control allow him to combine analytical thinking with asking the right questions. His own practical journey with AI showed him how this technology can become a real lever for growth.
Drawing on hands-on experience, he shows leaders and their teams how to use AI not only to work more efficiently but also to think more clearly and make faster business decisions. His AI training has, among other results, cut the time needed for routine analysis of multi-page legal documentation by 80%.
In his training sessions he pays particular attention to the participants themselves, drawing on their experience and needs as the work progresses. As a result, his sessions are not repetitive routine but an enriching and individual experience.
His mission is to make artificial intelligence a practical tool for development: business, intellectual and cultural.
Prerequisites
The training does not require any previous experience with AI tools. On the participants’ side, the following must be provided:
- A computer workstation for each participant, one laptop per person, not shared
- A Google account with access to Gemini (gemini.google.com); the free version is enough for the training
- Login checked in advance on the device the participant will work on
- Basic use of a browser and a spreadsheet
Organisational requirements on the client’s side
- Before the training, each participant has a Google account with access to Gemini that has been set up and tested
- Login checked in advance on the device the participant will work on
- One workstation per person, a laptop for every participant, no sharing
- Stable Wi-Fi in the room, sufficient for 12 people working at the same time
- A projector or large screen for the trainer’s presentation
- A room suitable for workshop-style work, with tables and space for notes
- A flipchart or whiteboard with markers
Methodological note: the training works with a single tool, Gemini, so that within eight hours participants can genuinely master how to use it in the context of their own work, rather than merely see a few demonstrations.
Exercises are carried out on demonstration data prepared by the trainer. No real sales, financial or personal data is entered into a public, free AI tool. Participants may bring their own anonymised examples from work.
To be confirmed before the training
Access and accounts:
- Does each participant have a personal (not shared) Google account with access to Gemini at gemini.google.com?
- Do participants work on accounts in the organisation’s Google Workspace domain? In Workspace, access to Gemini may be disabled or restricted by the administrator, and the range of features depends on the plan level
- Is the Deep Research feature available on participants’ accounts? The free version has a monthly limit on reports, which is sufficient for the exercises, but it is worth checking availability before the training
- Is access to Gemini blocked by IT policy or the company firewall?
- Is Gemini enabled in the Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)? If so, work with files can be extended to the side panels of those apps
Participants’ technical readiness (CRITICAL):
- Each participant arrives with an account already logged in on their own laptop; we do not set up accounts in the training room
- Pre-training test: each participant opens Gemini and verifies that they can ask a question and receive an answer
- If any participant does not have access, please let us know in advance and we will prepare an alternative way of working
Infrastructure:
- Stable Wi-Fi tested under load (12 people working in the browser at the same time)
Materials for the exercises:
- Will the company provide its own anonymised offer and product description templates to use during the exercises?
- Should the scope be narrowed to a specific department (online sales, B2B trade, controlling)? The exercise scenarios will then be tailored to that department

The training is workshop-based. Participants work on demonstration data prepared by the trainer: sales reports, product descriptions, sales documents and campaign data. The main tool is the free version of Google Gemini, so the techniques learned can be applied straight after the training, with no additional licence costs.
The two-day option extends the first day with an advanced part. Participants build their own AI assistants with a knowledge base, spend more time in spreadsheets analysing sales, margin and demand scenarios, design the automation of recurring reporting, and are introduced to monitoring competitors’ product ranges and prices with tools that collect data from websites. A break between the first and second day is recommended, during which participants apply the techniques they have learned in their own work and return for day two with questions from practice.
Day two extends the scope to building AI assistants with a knowledge base, in-depth spreadsheet analysis, reporting automation and an introduction to collecting competitor data from websites.
Learning outcomes
After completing the training, participants:
- Build prompts with the KREDO method and match the model to the type of task
- They prepare market and competitor reports using Deep Research
- Create product descriptions, sales content and campaign message variants
- Analyse sales and margin reports and build summaries based on them
- Prepare promotion simulations and demand scenarios on historical data
- Design and configure their own AI assistants with a knowledge base
- Set up scheduled actions that monitor selected websites and topics
- They recognise data that must not be shared with a public AI tool, and anonymise it before analysis
