Programme
Key information
The workshops focus on two processes that are key for a sales department in the medical equipment industry: handling tenders for equipment, and segmenting and planning customer acquisition among medical facilities. The exercises are based on data and documents similar to those the team works with every day. The programme also includes integrations with Microsoft 365 and ClickUp, analysis of Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents, and an introduction to automating repeatable tasks in Claude.
During the training, participants will learn, among other things:
- How to analyse Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations with Claude
- How to prepare a summary of a medical equipment tender and a document checklist
- How to verify that an offer complies with the tender specification and the equipment’s technical parameters
- How to combine data from multiple sources (CRM, facility registers, NFZ contracts) and build segmentation logic
- How to use Claude to turn a segmentation database into a ready-to-use sales action plan
- How to connect Microsoft 365 and ClickUp to Claude and work on company documents
- How to automate repeatable tasks using scheduled tasks in Claude
- How to work safely with company data in an AI environment
Objective
The objective of the training is to equip participants with the skills needed to use Claude AI in practice in two key sales processes: handling tenders for medical equipment, and segmenting and planning customer acquisition among medical facilities. The training emphasises immediate applicability: each module ends with a ready-made result (a draft offer, a checklist, a contact plan) that participants can adapt to their daily work. The workshop will also make it possible to assess whether Claude is the right tool for a systematic rollout in the sales department.
Prerequisites
- An active Claude Pro or Team subscription for each participant
- Microsoft 365 and ClickUp connectors checked and working before the training
- Watching the mandatory video material (approx. 30 minutes) sent out before the training

Trainer
Franciszek Kołpanowicz: entrepreneur and certified AI trainer, helping leaders and teams increase their effectiveness through intelligent technologies. He has been published in, among others, Rzeczpospolita. He has more than 1,300 hours of experience working with generative AI and shares his knowledge at public events, including the “Manager in the Age of AI” training organised by Rzeczpospolita, and at the UKEN and PASE conferences.
His background in philosophy (Jagiellonian University) and his experience in IT quality control allow him to combine analytical thinking with asking the right questions. His own practical journey with AI showed him how this technology can become a real lever for growth.
Drawing on hands-on experience, he shows leaders and their teams how to use AI not only to work more efficiently but also to think more clearly and make faster business decisions. His AI training has, among other results, cut the time needed for routine analysis of multi-page legal documentation by 80%.
In his training sessions he pays particular attention to the participants themselves, drawing on their experience and needs as the work progresses. As a result, his sessions are not repetitive routine but an enriching and individual experience.
His mission is to make artificial intelligence a practical tool for development: business, intellectual and cultural.
