Programme
Key information
The backbone of the programme is the sales process, not a list of tool features. Each module takes a specific stage of a salesperson’s work and shows where AI shortens the path to the result and where it does not.
During the training, participants will find out, among other things:
- How generative AI works and how to choose a tool for sales work
- How to build effective prompts with the KREDO method
- How to use AI at successive stages of the sales process
- How to analyse customer needs and personalise an offer
- How to prepare sales content and correspondence with customers
- How to prepare for a sales conversation, objections and closing a deal
- How to analyse sales data and automate reporting
- How to design AI assistants suited to a salesperson’s tasks
- How to automate repetitive sales activities
- How to choose an AI model for a specific task
The training can be delivered using the AI tool of your choice, depending on which solution the company uses or plans to use. The content stays the same; only the interface and configuration details differ. The final choice of tool and the detailed scope will be confirmed during the analytical meeting and the needs survey before the training.
Objective
The objective of the training is to familiarise participants with the possibilities of generative AI in the context of sales department work. The training covers the basics of how AI tools work, prompting with the KREDO method, and uses of AI at successive stages of the sales process: customer analysis, preparing an offer, sales communication, handling objections and closing deals. Day 2 covers designing AI assistants, automating repetitive sales activities, and consciously choosing a model for the task. The emphasis is on practical work with the chosen AI tool on examples close to a salesperson’s everyday tasks.

Trainer
Franciszek Kołpanowicz: entrepreneur and certified AI trainer who helps leaders and teams become more effective through intelligent technologies. He has been published in Rzeczpospolita, among other places. He has more than 2,000 hours of work with generative AI behind him and shares his knowledge at public events, including the “Manager in the Age of AI” training organised by Rzeczpospolita, as well as at the UKEN and PASE conferences.
His background in philosophy (Jagiellonian University) and his experience in IT quality control allow him to combine analytical thinking with asking the right questions. His own practical journey with AI showed him how this technology can become a real lever for growth.
Drawing on hands-on experience, he shows leaders and their teams how to use AI not only to work more efficiently but also to think more clearly and make faster business decisions. His AI training has, among other results, cut the time needed for routine analysis of multi-page legal documentation by 80%.
In his training sessions he pays particular attention to the participants themselves, drawing on their experience and needs as the work progresses. As a result, his sessions are not repetitive routine but an enriching and individual experience.
His mission is to make artificial intelligence a practical tool for development: business, intellectual and cultural.
Prerequisites
- No prior experience with AI tools is required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with an office suite (word processor, spreadsheet)
- Before the training, each participant has set up and tested an account for the chosen AI tool
- Login checked in advance on the device the participant will work on
Organisational requirements on the client’s side
- One workstation per person: a laptop for each participant (their own or provided by the organiser), not shared
- Stable Wi-Fi in the room, sufficient for 12 people working at the same time
- A projector or large screen for the trainer’s presentation
- A room suitable for workshop-style work (tables, space for notes)
- A flipchart or whiteboard with markers
Methodological note: the training works with one jointly chosen AI tool, so that within two days participants can genuinely master it in the context of sales work, rather than merely watch a few demonstrations. The choice of tool and the detailed scope will be confirmed during the analysis meeting and the needs survey before the training.
To be confirmed before the training
Choice of tool and licence level:
- Which AI tool does the company use or plan to use? The choice of tool determines the detailed scope of Day 2
- Does every participant have access to the paid version of the chosen tool? In most tools, AI assistants, working with files and advanced models require a paid plan
- Does every participant have their OWN account, or do they share one? With a shared account the exercises do not work
- Does the organisation have any restrictions on using AI tools or connecting them to company resources? Some organisations block integrations with email and file storage
Participants’ technical readiness (CRITICAL):
- Each participant arrives with an account already logged in on their own laptop; we do not set up accounts in the training room
- Test before the training: each participant opens the chosen tool and checks that they can ask a question and receive an answer
- If any participant does not have access, please let us know in advance and we will prepare an alternative way of working
Infrastructure:
- Stable Wi-Fi tested under load (12 people working simultaneously in a browser and office applications)
Materials for the exercises:
- Will the company provide its own templates of offers and sales documents to use during the exercises?
Without confirmation of the tool and licence level, the scope of Day 2 remains a general outline, and the hands-on part on assistants and automation may be replaced by a presentation.

- An active Microsoft 365 account (Business or Enterprise) for each participant
- Login to Claude and Microsoft 365 checked in advance on the device the participant will work on
Organisational tip: we recommend that each participant sends Claude any message (for example “test”) 3 hours before the training starts. This opens the Pro account’s 5-hour usage window and helps reduce the risk of an interruption during the workshop. If the limit runs out during the training, tokens can be topped up: if needed, the trainer will give the organiser instructions on how to do this before the training.
Organisational requirements on the client’s side
- One workstation per person: a laptop for each participant, not shared
- Stable Wi-Fi in the room, sufficient for 10-12 people working at the same time in the Claude Desktop app and a browser
- A projector or large screen for the trainer’s presentation
- A room suitable for workshop-style work (tables, space for notes)
- A flipchart or whiteboard with markers
To be confirmed before the training
Licences and access
- Does every participant have an active Claude Pro subscription?

- How to use Claude to automate actions in the Chrome browser
- How to build a personal and team knowledge base (a “second brain”) in Markdown files
- How to work safely with company data in an AI environment
Objective
The objective of the training is to familiarise participants with the capabilities of Claude AI in sales department work at two levels. Day 1 covers the core skills: working with Office documents, integrating with Microsoft 365, and building projects and simple skills that automate repeatable tasks. Day 2 introduces advanced uses: building sales skills on real cases, working with plugins, controlling the Chrome browser from within Claude, and using your own knowledge base for teamwork. The training emphasises practical exercises based on examples prepared by the trainer.
Prerequisites
- A completed AI basics course that includes the fundamentals of prompt engineering (particularly valuable if participants know the KREDO method, but not required)
- An active Claude Pro subscription for each participant
- The Claude Desktop application installed on each participant’s laptop
- An active Microsoft 365 account (Business or Enterprise) for each participant
- Login to Claude and Microsoft 365 checked in advance on the device the participant will work on
- Additionally for Day 2 (conditional): if the client chooses a workshop in Module 5 on monitoring competitors on social media or researching a customer before a meeting, each participant must create a free account on the Apify platform (apify.com) before the training.
Organisational tip: we recommend that each participant sends Claude any message (for example “test”) 3 hours before the start of each training day. This opens the Pro account’s 5-hour usage window and helps avoid an interruption during the workshop. If the limit runs out during the training, tokens can be topped up: if needed, the trainer will give the organiser instructions on how to do this before the training.
Organisational requirements on the client’s side
- One workstation per person: a laptop for each participant, not shared
- Stable Wi-Fi in the room, sufficient for 10-12 people working at the same time in the Claude Desktop app, a browser and Microsoft 365
- A projector or large screen for the trainer’s presentation
- A room suitable for workshop-style work (tables, space for notes)
- A flipchart or whiteboard with markers
Methodological note: the training works with just one main tool: Claude, so that within two days participants can genuinely master it in the context of their own work. On the second day we introduce supporting tools (Obsidian, Apify) only as support for Claude, not as separate topics to master.
To be confirmed before the training
Licences and access
- Does every participant have an active Claude Pro subscription?
- Does every participant have their own Claude account, or do they share one?
- Does the organisation restrict the use of Claude connectors to Microsoft 365? (some organisations block OAuth to external tools)
- In Module 5 (Day 2), will the client choose the competitor monitoring skill workshop? If so, each participant must have a free Apify account set up
Participants’ technical readiness
- Every participant arrives with the Claude Desktop application installed and an account already signed in: we do not set up accounts in the training room
- A test one week before the training: each participant opens Claude Desktop and checks that they can ask a question and receive an answer.
- A test one week before the training: an IT person checks, on one of the accounts, whether a connector to the Office suite tools can be set up (this can be checked together with the trainer online)
- If any participant does not have access: please let us know in advance and we will prepare an alternative way of working
Infrastructure
- Stable Wi-Fi tested under load (10-12 people working simultaneously in the Claude Desktop app, Microsoft 365 and a browser)

- Sharing projects within the sales team and permission levels (viewer, editor, owner)
- Scaling a project: what happens when the knowledge base grows (RAG mode)
- Workshop: each participant creates their own project for managing a chosen customer or customer category (with instructions and a knowledge base)
Day 2: Advanced Uses of Claude in the Sales Team
Module 5: Advanced Sales Skills: Live Workshop
The client chooses two or three use cases from the list below. At the workshop, all participants build the chosen skills together:
- Suggested skills:
- Competitor monitoring: automatically retrieving competitors’ social media activity (requires a free Apify account for each participant)
- Generating sales offers in PowerPoint or Word according to the company template, based on a short note from the salesperson
- Post-meeting wrap-up: automatically extracting agreements and deadlines from a conversation transcript and generating a personalised message to the customer
- A personalised first message to a new customer: retrieving the recipient’s context from LinkedIn or the company website and generating a message with a hook based on their current activity
- Weekly sales funnel analysis: identifying opportunities stuck at one stage and preparing a short “what to touch today” list with a concrete next step for each
- Quoting assistant working from an email enquiry: reading the customer’s enquiry in Outlook, matching products from the company catalogue and generating a draft offer together with a list of missing questions
- Monday team summary: generating a weekly summary from the sales system and the team inbox (new leads, closed deals, at-risk opportunities, activity ranking) and sending it to the team on Monday morning
- Configuring scheduled tasks and notifications linked to the skill (meeting preparation, weekly report)
- Editing and improving the skill based on the first results of using it
Module 6: Claude Plugins: Skill Bundles for the Sales Team
- What a plugin is and what it contains: skills, connectors, subagents
- Two shapes of plugin: a complete sales process (e.g. monthly pipeline analysis) and a set of the team’s most frequently used skills
- Anthropic’s marketplace: an overview of available plugins for business roles (sales, marketing, customer service)
- Installing a plugin from the marketplace and customising it for your own team using company templates
- The /setup-cowork command: interactively choosing a plugin to match the participant’s type of work
- Demonstration: installing a sales plugin and adapting it to the specifics of the company
Module 7: Claude in the browser: automating actions in Chrome
- What the Claude browser extension is and how it works
- Actions Claude can perform in the browser: filling in forms, extracting data from industry portals, monitoring changes on customers’ and competitors’ websites
- Demonstration: assigning a task in the browser from within Claude
- Security: when to assign Claude work in the browser and when not to (sensitive data, logins, transactions)
- Practical workshops
Module 8: Second Brain and Synchronising Team Work in Claude
- The idea of a “second brain”: a personal and team knowledge base as a complement to a salesperson’s memory
- Obsidian as a tool for maintaining a knowledge base in Markdown files (mini-lecture)
- Why Markdown files are a good format for working with Claude: readable for AI, independent of the provider, easy to version
- Structure of the sales team’s knowledge base: contacts, customers, offers, decisions, lessons from won and lost opportunities
- Team synchronisation: how salespeople can share notes and customer context in Claude using a shared knowledge base (mini-lecture)
- Claude working on a shared knowledge base: what can be done straight away, and what is not worth attempting
- Security guidelines: what data to put in the knowledge base and what to keep out of it
Learning outcomes
