Programme
Key information
Training for cultural institution staff who want to use generative artificial intelligence in their day-to-day promotional work. Participants work on real tasks from their own institution: they write event descriptions, social media posts, newsletters and press releases. They learn to write prompts that produce specific, publication-ready results.
During the training, participants will find out, among other things:
- How generative AI tools work and why they should not be trusted uncritically
- How to write prompts with the KREDO method to get good results the first time
- How to use Google Gemini for cultural copywriting in the institution’s tone of voice
- How to verify information before publication and recognise false AI-generated content
- What the rules are for working safely with AI in a public institution
The training combines short introductions with hands-on workshop tasks based on real promotional examples. In the final part of the training, the trainer presents an overview of paid AI tools useful in cultural promotion, which will help the institution decide which solution to choose after the training.
Objective
The objective of the training is to familiarise participants with the capabilities of Google Gemini in the promotional work of a cultural institution, covering prompting with the KREDO method, practical uses in event copywriting, image generation and research, and rules for working safely with public AI models. The training emphasises writing prompts independently and critically evaluating the results.
Programme
Module 1: The basics of generative AI
- Sharing participants’ experience
- Key concepts related to how AI works (prompt, token, hallucination, context)
- How to act in the face of false content created by AI
- Comparison of the key AI models
Module 2: Prompting with the KREDO method
- Context: a description of the situation and the audience
- Role: assigning the AI a function in the task
- Instructions: precise commands and the expected result
- Response format: length, structure, tone
- Dealing with incorrect AI answers and correcting the prompt
Module 3: Google Gemini in cultural copywriting
- Event descriptions in different lengths and tones
- Facebook and Instagram social media posts
- Newsletters and mailings to audiences
- Press releases and invitations
- Translating promotional materials into English and Ukrainian
- Editing existing texts: shortening, expanding, changing the tone
Module 4: Graphics and research in Gemini
- Generating promotional graphics from a text description (Gemini Image)
- Creating visual variants for posts and posters
- Researching cultural events and trends in the region
- Verifying information before publication
Module 5: Workshop, an event promotion package
- Choosing a real event from the participant’s institution calendar
- Building a complete package: description, three posts, newsletter, graphic
- Verifying texts and catching typical AI errors
- Short peer reviews within the group
Module 6: Overview of paid AI tools for cultural promotion
- Comparison of the key paid solutions: ChatGPT Plus, Perplexity Pro
- Tools for generating promotional video (Google Veo, Runway ML, Sora)
- Criteria for choosing a tool: the institution’s needs, budget, integration with existing systems
- The trainer’s recommendations for cultural institutions
Methodological note
The training works with only one main tool (Google Gemini), so that within 6 hours participants have time to genuinely master it in the context of a cultural institution’s work. Module 6 is presentational (no exercises) and is intended to help the institution make an informed choice of a paid tool that meets its needs after the training.
Organisational requirements on the client’s side

Trainer
Franciszek Kołpanowicz, entrepreneur and certified AI trainer. He has been published in Rzeczpospolita, among other places. He has more than 1,600 hours of work with generative AI behind him and has shared his knowledge at public events, including the “Menedżer w erze AI” (Manager in the Age of AI) training organised by Rzeczpospolita and at the UKEN and PASE conferences. A background in philosophy (Jagiellonian University) and experience in IT quality control allow him to combine analytical thinking with asking the right questions. In training sessions he pays close attention to the participants, drawing on their experience and needs as the work unfolds.

Trainer
Franciszek Kołpanowicz: entrepreneur and certified AI trainer, helping leaders, teams and cultural and educational institutions use artificial intelligence in their daily work. He has been published in Rzeczpospolita, among others. He has over 1,300 hours of work with generative AI and shares his knowledge at public events, including the training “Manager in the Age of AI” organised by Rzeczpospolita, as well as at the UKEN and PASE conferences.
